Linking a Club Log account

In your account, click on Logbook, then Sync.

Click Add Club Log Account.

Provide your Club Log username, password, and callsign.

NOTE: We currently only support synchronizing contacts with a single Club Log callsign, even if you may have multiple callsigns on your Club Log account.

Any contacts logged before the Club Log account was added will NOT be automatically submitted. You may go to Browse and use the checkboxes to submit previous contacts as desired.

Enable QSO uploads

After linking your Club Log account, simply ensure that the "QSO Upload" toggle is enabled. All new QSOs logged from the console will be automatically submitted to Club Log.

This toggle is not retroactive. Any contacts logged while upload is disabled will NOT be automatically submitted.

If you edit a contact, it is automatically resubmitted to Club Log upon saving.

DXCC chart downloads

After linking your Club Log account, simply ensure that "DXCC Chart Download" toggle is enabled. DXCC charts are automatically fetched every 12 hours.

The reports from Club Log are used to determine a country's DXCC eligibility in the DXCC tab, as well as in the DX spots in the console.

RHR does not attempt to calculate if a country needed/worked/confirmed when Club Log sync is disabled.

Viewing the status of a Club Log submission

The RHR logger only tracks if a contact has been submitted to Club Log. It does not track if a particular contact has been confirmed via Club Log. Instead, use LOTW for that.

When viewing a contact details, the Club Log Status panel indicates when a contact was last submitted to Club Log, and if that submission was successful.
